Finally, a massage therapy provider that understands modalities beyond cookie-cutter relaxation routines. Booked a 45min session with Tarika at the recommendation of my chiropractor. This was the first medical massage I’ve ever had. This wasn’t an enjoyable massage as it addressed areas of soreness and tightness. Overall it was a great experience. Keith’s expertise working on my areas of concern and as well as the connecting areas he identified as playing a part were on point in helping to release the tension and tightness. I would definitely recommend Keith.

My massage was fantastic but I booked an hour and only got about 40 minutes on the table. It’s about $136, (plus tip) so that’s kinda pricey for 40 minutes, even by DC standards. Also, they charge an unavoidable $4 convenience fee for paying by card, which is the only way to make an appointment (plus tax). But the front desk staff was great, the space was nice and relaxing and the massage therapist was so good.
