They do not offer take responsibility or offer the personal care to ensure that the body is looking good and presentable. they use excuses as "when we move the body the body might not look like it does now, and the body will move around " . They don't take a photo after the family approve what the family would like for the body to look . they don't seem to care and don't take responsibility. When we went to view the body to OK the presentation for funeral, the makeup person was just oblivious to the fact that my friends body was just lying there with the wig just sitting on top of her head, store bought flat, no make up no extras or care that... read full review

"The level of service we received was the highest especially the staff (Rochelle & Yvette) they both were ready to work with us on the obituary & other services The beautician Did An Amazing Job With My Grandmother’s Makeup They Were very patient With Us At the end We truly appreciate all of the help .Love The Hinds Family ,

I couldn't have asked for anything more. My family reside in Baltimore and we had to travel there to make arrangements. They where very patient and compassionate. They took wonderful care of my uncle and I don't think I can ask for anything more. Thank you very much from myself and family.
