Sara and Adrienne are both extremely professional, nonjudgmental, and supportive of clients pursuing their health. Both the acupuncture and massage therapy are on a sliding scale because they are done in a “community” setting for needling and not a fancy spa for massage (the massages are in a private room). If your goal is high quality body treatment, this is the place. If you’re looking for privacy and luxury, go elsewhere. I love it and highly recommend.

I have had fantastic experiences working with both Adrienne, Little Bird's massage therapist, and Sara, Little Bird's acupuncturist! Adrienne is a wonderful listener and takes so much time to talk with me about how I'm feeling before outlining a treatment plan for that session.
