Laura is incredible. She is not only extremely skilled and observant in her bodywork, but she is also highly intelligent and empathetic. She helped me relieve some of the tightness and imbalances I've been grappling with as I rehab an injury, she gave me tons of really useful advice on how to train mindfully to get my strength back in a way that will lead to more balanced biomechanics long-term, and she also helped me to recognized and reframe some of the self-defeating mental patterns I've been stuck in as a result of my injury.
