Don't go here if you need an alteration done.When Kyong owned this place some years back, I had great experiences here. However, since the new owners took over I brought multiple pairs of pants in for hemming twice and both times they did a bad job. The first time they completely failed to match the color of the thread on one pair. Then this time, I specifically asked them to do it carefully and despite that they didn't come back looking like they were professionally done. I showed the person working the obvious mistakes when I picked up and they acknowledged them and admitted that the person who did it is "very old," but when I asked for a partial refund they denied...read full review

I have come here with my dry cleaning for 3 years, but recently had a disappointing experience. While the prices are relatively high, I had no issue paying them for a good and efficient service. However, my most recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. A shirt was returning stained, and a belt attached to a dress was missing. I returned to the store following the realization of the missing belt, thinking that perhaps it was mistakenly left off or misplaced in the store. However, the employees were unwilling to entertain the idea a belt may have been attached to the dress and were wholly unwilling to consider even looking for the belt.

I have always enjoyed my experience at Kyong's Cleaner. My clothes always come back looking great, and twice now they have repaired a pair of my damaged pants. I highly recommend them!
