We’ve worked with Jeff and his team on a few projects; a substantial build of finishing off new space in the house as well as smaller projects both inside and out of the home. He and his crew are very responsive, do great work, are timely and have a strong eye for finishing details that really make the end result shine! We hired Keil construction to help us get our recently purchased row home ready for our family. The job entailed gutting and replacing three bathrooms as well as a complete basement apartment renovation and whole house interior painting. The quality of the work was excellent. As is often the case when opening walls in old homes, unexpected problems arose. Keil's response was regularly, "We can take care of that." Their attention to detail and care for historic preservation is what sets them apart. Jeff is very knowledgeable about renovations and had many creative ideas on how to control costs. He also pushed for some nice ideas that we incorporated in our renovation. His team of tradespeople are very good at finishes!Services: Tile work installation
