Was in need of watch repair and tried to go into this establishment only to meet a locked door (during business hours). The employee approached the door and said "What do you want?!" I was taken aback by the sheer rudeness and audacity. If you're anti-community, don't operate in the community. 0/10 would recommend.

WOW, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Coming from a customer success manager. The lack of assistance, coupled with the shop owner asking me how much I plan to spend and it being the deciding factor of selling me any jewelry. I had no idea how much I planned to spend because I didn’t get a chance to see any of the inventory. Do not shop here..or attempt to!

Attempted to go there to replace the battery in two watches, and the attendant refused to let me in though they were clearly open with other customers inside. Perhaps he didn't like the color of my skin. But the arbitrary refusal of service needs to be known.
