I found Jim during the COVID pandemic when I relocated to DC from Chicago. I quickly turned my Chicago condo into a rental property and moved to the DMV area. My needs are minimal but IMO, need a certain amount of finesse to get the job done.With filing state taxes in IL,VA and having a rental property in IL, I searched around for several CPAs to assist with my taxes.
