I got the Groupon for the European facial. I was concerned by the reviews about having issues with using it but I had no problem at all. The two people I dealt with at the front desk were great. I booked online and the owner asked if I could move my appointment by a half an hour but that was not a problem at all. My skin did look really great afterwards. The only reason I did not give it a five is because I spent a lot of time in the room alone. Rather than doing a massage while the mask was on, the person doing my facial left the room so it did not feel like I got my full facial. Otherwise I recommend.

Love this spa! Hannah is incredible, she’s helped me recover post car accident with her amazing lymphatic massage. The building may be a little older but the massage is out of this world. Don’t judge a book by its cover, just make an appointment and get the best massage of your life.
