I’ve loved my experience at Hightowers! Not sure what these negative reviews are about. The location can’t be beat. Front desk staff are excellent. If there’s ever an issue, maintenance team literally comes within hours - shoutout to Christian! Yes it’s an older building, but the units are clean, soundproof (i never hear neighbors), and the building has a smaller, more intimate and personal feel. Coming from someone who lived in a “luxury” building in NoMa, I’ve been so happy with my experience at Hightowers and glad I made the decision to move here!

Would not personally recommend Hightowers or Park Square. They are both owned by the same leasing company, and from the get-go I didn’t get to tour the full units for the first building because after scheduling back and forth with the agent, they either weren’t in a position to make the unit available, or check with the current tenant that I could view the space. If you’re looking for a studio on a budget, then this place might be up your alley but you can also find a better space for the same price point

We lived here for 2.5 years and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, all maintenance issues were handled within 24hrs if not sooner, the management were always responsive and solution-oriented, and the building was always clean and well kept. Every aspect of living in the Hightowers was streamlined and efficient and we would highly recommend the location to others.There is a park behind the building which is used as a playground for kids during the school day and for sports in the evening but we never found the noise to be an issue, even with our windows opened all the time on the 4th floor.
