Three months of physical therapy did nothing to ease my chronic shoulder pain from arthritis. Jessica has helped get me back to my life. My shoulder pain has decreased considerably since she has been providing me with acupuncture treatments the past several months. She listens to what you have to say and adjusts her treatment plan accordingly. I highly recommend her-she’s a magician.

High Key Balance has been my go to team for years for sports massages. I send all my clients there and the response is universal. Serki and her team are the gold standard. They have a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology and provide thorough detail of each service and suggested relevant follow up home exercise. Today I had acupuncture for the first time and Jessica was equally as wonderful as the massage therapists. They are top notch customer service providers as well as clinicians and I am looking forward to my next visit already!
