I've been a patient of this Primary Care for about 5 years now, and I have never written a review until my spectacular visit today. Whenever I walked in, I was well greeted by the front desk staff. They checked me in efficiently, and I waited less that 10 minutes to be seen. The next man that I saw look my weight and vital information and brought me back to the room while I waited for NP Khalil Nadar. He is an excellent doctor! I am a younger man, and the first time that I saw him a few years ago he sat me down and was extremely serious with me about monitoring and taking care of my blood pressure efficiently. The staffing of the phones is horrible, and "service" by the front desk is unsatisfactory. Once you get someone to answer a phone, or address you at the front desk, you will be helped by friendly professionals in the treatment area. Unfortunately, the front facing experience is such a turn-off I'd prefer to go elsewhere.
