If I could give Zero stars I would.
Based on my experience on 9/25 | have decided to take my primary care else where.
Never in my life have I experienced such poor health care never have I been in an establishment where its a blatant lack of respect.
You would think a doctor's office would exhibit remarkable modesty and decorum.
Not only was I misdiagnosed the doctor (Dr.Stout) I believe that’s the correct spelling of his name was unbelievably rude and the staff is very unpolished the fact the MA was playing with a taser is completely unhinged and shows the level of professionalism which is at a all time low.

GW's "immediate" care clinics are complete bullshit. Apparently you have to try and make an immediate care appointment to even learn if they are doing urgent care that day and it's super not clear on their website that that's what you have to do! Also staff is fairly rude when you don't magically know that that's how their stupid thing works.
