This is one of the fastest urgent cares I’ve been to in the city. As soon as you check in you’re getting called back (that’s with an appointment). The waiting area is clean and the front desk staff are polite and helpful. They provide me with a mask and asked if I wanted some water to drink; which no other urgent care I’ve been to have done. The parking situation is a pain but it’s DC.
I had a great experience at this clinic. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond to get me in despite the clinic now taking appointments only. I was seen within 30 minutes and had a pleasant experience with the PA.
I had a great experience here as a new patient. Nurse Wendy was absolutely lovely. Dr. Egbe and the resident student working with her (didn’t catch her name unfortunately!) were also so kind. They made my visit so easy and stress free. Truly appreciate it!
