Went here because the reviews at Pentagon City scared me. The woman who cut my hair was super friendly, confident, and detail oriented. She made sure she knew what I wanted and seemed very passionate about executing it! Walked in mid afternoon during a week day so there was no wait at all. I've been to many Great Clips and would definitely say this was one of my best experiences!

I have now been coming to this location for 3yrs & 3mths. I love everyone here but André is my king. When he's not there I love Bonita too. I always feel taken care of. This is where & how I get done in DC. Always will. TY.

Where do I even begin? Andre is a magician with the scissors! Not only does he give me a top-notch haircut every time, but he also brings an infectious energy that makes every visit a blast. His attention to detail and professionalism are second to none. And when Andre isn't around, Anna steps up to the plate seamlessly, delivering an equally fantastic experience. This location truly sets the bar high for customer service and quality cuts. Five stars all the way!
