Carlei was an excellent service provider today. From door to door, it only took 20 minutes, that included walking half a block from my car to the location, waiting a couple of minutes in the lobby, the service, paying, and walking back to my car. 20 minutes is incredible!
As you can read, Carlei worked efficiently and quickly, AND we had great conversation the entire time. Having fun talking about different foods and restaurants we liked made the time go by so much faster. Dajamae, please tell Carlei thank you and I look forward to seeing her in a few weeks!

My previous waxer unfortunately left and I was randomly assigned to Kristin at an appt. She is very kind, does a great job and is very thorough. I appreciate her attention to detail, she makes sure that you get your moneys worth. Never have any complaints.

Kiara was amazing and so quick. I loved that my appointment was quick, easy and painless! She educated me on how my second appointment would go and made sure i was okay along the way.
For my first appointment, I had Tamia and she was amazing too. She was very thorough and made sure I was knowledgeable throughout my experience and also educated me throughout. The eastern market location is great.
