The customer service is horrible, they move around with NO ENTHUSIASM and the free they have there are despicable. They may be good for a starter pair of glasses if needed but I'd rather go elsewhere for a starter pair.
I don't like vibe when I went last time the customer service wasn't good then the Doctor wasn't better! Why African think they can talk to us any kind of way is crazy
Came here years ago. Went in to my appt today can barely understand what the Africans are saying rude. They only had a couple pair of glasses to choose from. Will not come back ever.
