The lady is so nice and calm. She was so understanding and listening intently as I told and showed her the smudging on my white uniform. The smudging was a gift from zips after dry cleaning my uniform. The problem with the yellowish-brownish smudge was that it resembled burnt fibers. (Not sure if the uniform had slight burning, but I wasn't taking chances.) If they were burn marks, bleach wasn't going to help my white uniform. The lady told me she would try to get it out.And she did! Point is, this lady is very kind, personable, not rude at all! When she saw my face walk through her door she didn't even need to look at my ticket number she knew exactly what I came in for, because I was earnest with her about my plight, and she knew I trusted her with it. Even though I only came for a dry cleaning and spot check, the experience here was a lot more personal and trustworthy compared to zips, so I recommend this place.

This business is a neighborhood gem! The owner and all the employees are extremely kind, and they go out of their way to make their customers happy. I've been going here for close to three years, and I've never received back laundry that was less than perfectly done. I highly recommend this business for all dry cleaning and alterations needs!
