Penny and Dupont Lash & Brow Bar absolutely deserves the spotlight! She's incredibly kind, attentive, and truly a master of her craft. I barely had to say a word--Penny took a look at my eyes and immediately pinpointed all the issues I've struggled with for years (like how my lashes in the front get hidden because of my eyelids). Honestly I was shocked, as it took her seconds to notice things other places never pick up on unless I explicitly tell them. She walked me through a few options and suggested starting with a lash lift since it's more affordable and better for my everyday look. I was so impressed that she wasn't just trying to upsell me! When we did the extensions, Penny was super practiced and clearly knew how to work with my eye shape. I was already satisfied halfway through, but she has such high standards for herself and kept tweaking until it was absolutely perfect. The whole time I felt so reassured. The studio itself is adorable--clean, cozy, and peaceful--and the staff are all so friendly! Since I'm just visiting DC, they even gave me tips on fun spots to check out. If you're in the area, this place is an absolute gem!

WOW. I just finished up with a brow shaping / waxing with Penny. This visit was my first and it was everything I hoped for and more. First, I was greeted in such a kind way and the space is lovely. Penny took the time to map out a shape for my eyebrows, describe her process and my face shape, and regularly check in with my during the process. I LOVE MY EYEBROWS RIGHT NOW. Thank you so much Penny!

I made a scheduling error and actually scheduled my appointment for a week out. Penny was gracious enough to squeeze me in, which I really appreciate it. she was fast, professional and my brows look great
