This place is great and has excellent customer service! I recently purchased a dress and upon receiving it, the zipper was broken without ever having worn it. I took a chance on Dryy Drop to get it repaired, and I am happy to report that it was and really quickly. There was a hiccup with my order, but Sandy immediately addressed it. I’m very happy with their services, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Everything has been great! We’ve sent a lot of clothing to Dryy over the past 1.5y, either for dry cleaning or for tailoring. I have no complaints. All my items get cleaned, everything is done in a few days.

If you need your dry cleaning done quickly, don't come here. I dropped off one suit and dress shirt on a Monday and could not get it until Friday. When I unexpectedly needed it back on Thursday, they could not give me back my suit because it was already sent to their processing facility, along with hundreds of other items. Also, if you call this location, don't expect them to pick up the phone.
