I spoke with I believe his name was Kevin (forgive me if I'm wrong), and he provided helpful information on delivering cremated remains to Arlington National. I called about 10 other funeral homes around, and he was the most helpful and kind. They did an excellent job of communicating everything necessary for me to do when my mother passed away. They also recommended a cemetery so I could purchase her gravesite. They got me all of the necessary paperwork on the day she passed so we could proceed effectively. They were kind and sympathetic and did an excellent job getting her to her gravesite for her funeral.

My aunt passed away very unexpectedly and Devol was the first one in the list provided by the hospital. After calling 6 other funeral homes I knew they were the right choice. They were compassionate, knowledgeable and reliable ... not to mention a fraction of the cost of some others I spoke to. Everyone I dealt with was amazing and each time I called, whoever I spoke to knew me and understood the situation. Having never planned a funeral, they guided me through every step, even recommending a Catholic Church and priest that would perform the service despite not being active members.
