Love the atmosphere in Demi mode. I go to see Pam and her work is impeccable. She is the only person I allow to cut my hair when I change up from long to short. I travel from Waldorf just to get a cut. It's her niche. Grateful.

After 4 years searching for a salon, I finally found my spot. Travina did my hair the way I wanted it. I want to Thank MS. Goodlet for the referral. Prices are reasonable as well. Thud was my guest time going and I was taken card of in the best way. This is definitely my new salon. Thanks Travina!

Stylist Khalidah of Demi Mode provided great personalized, on-time, quality service in retwisting my locks and crocheting an inch or so of new growth on each lock to ensure they would hold and not untwist. She was knowledgeable and experienced, introducing me to new concepts of hair care, informing me of how to prepare for my appointment and how to care for my hair after our visit and between appointments. She was friendly and courteous, yet very professional and prompt and customized her station to my needs. She arranged the seating and cushions on my chair to accommodate my bad back, had an extension cord to ensure plugs were in reach for her clients to charge and continue using their smartphone as they wish. There was a resting place for my handbag and a tabletop I could use for my other personal items, like my book, water bottle and a snack I had brought with me. We set the appointment a month in advance, she called me with a confirmation reminder a week before, gave me an approximate estimate of how long the appointment would take. On the day of my appointment she was there snd ready to start exactly on time, conferred with me about my hair, style goals and related personal needs. She worked efficiently and did a quality job and finished ahead of schedule! Yes, I will definitely be going back to her and have my next appointment already set! I've had great service at Demi Mode before for blow drying and hardening of my natural hair, as well as for perms and hair coloring. When I switch to Locks, I thought when I needed assistance with my Locks that I would have to look elsewhere and / or I could do it all on my own. When I was not getting the quality look that I desired, one day I stopped into Demi Mode to ask if they had anyone experienced with locks and that's when I met khalidah. I just wanted a little retwist and she did so much more by way of a better way of locking my hair and suggestions on how to give me the Polish look anyways I hadn't even imagined!
