I recently called DC Locksmith to install a smart lock on my front door. I wasn't quite sure what direction I wanted to go, so Avi came out for an on-site consultation shortly after I reached out. After presenting me with a number of options (and professional recommendations), I ended up going with a Schlage Encode Plus (great lock, by the way). I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Avi would be able to come out to install the lock within a few days after his initial visit (there was a slight lead time in ordering the lock). We just moved into a new townhouse with a fair amount of doors all with different keys that opened the locks on them, various kinds of doors and lock mechanisms, several of the locks barely worked at all, just a big mess. We asked Avi to key all the locks so we could use a single key to open all the doors. He had to work several hours to get everything working right, but in the end all the locks worked like butter, and now we have a single key that opens all of our doors. Such a huge improvement! And Avi was a pleasure to work with the whole time. We will definitely call him the next time we need lock help.
