I would highly recommend David and his team for first time home buyers in the DMV! David was recommended to me by a coworker and he really stood out among the other realtors we initially met with. At that first meeting, he described the ways that he could help us find the right investment for us, not just a home. We really appreciated the months of time that David and Nick spent showing us houses for sale in Maryland (Rockville, Silver Spring, Glenmont) and walking us through various offer options, pre-inspections, and logistics in a very competitive market. Once we were under contract, David continued to advocate for us and help us understand every document and detail. David also connected us with a fantastic lender who helped us cross the finish line. Not only is David a great realtor on the buyer's side, but he's also a fun guy to spend time with in general!
