Terrible employers and I can tell you... Utilizing government funds to not help DC resident and to gain titles for least helping in the community... If you're expecting service from CC, I would refer you to look for other organizations. Might as well have the other owner be gone because it's a shit show with a bow to "helping". A title, a badge and idea to help the community is not legacy. Do better for your employees and the people who sleep outside the building. Or continue giving raises for the least helping (billable) employees.
Don't let their advertisements fool you. I just witnessed one of the employees changing a person clothes in the hallway. He was supposed to be taking care of the man, but the man was screaming . DO NOT GO TO COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They keep putting people with the worst behavioral issues in nice communities with working individuals and families. I'm all for community integration but these clients have co dependent disorders. Behavioral issues and substance abuse. They need to house these people in their own facilities instead of community. I'm sure they management are substance users too.
