I ordered the "Lavender Reflections Spray - Standard" off of the website for a funeral. It was beautiful, looked like the picture, and it was delivered on time. I would love to include a pic with this review, but it would have been so inappropriate to take one.
There was a problem with delivery, but even after I canceled the order and they said they would refund my credit card, they delivered the arrangement anyway to make up for the problem.
Really I would say 4.5 if possible. Patricia, the manager, is excellent. She resolved a problem I had with a delivery with top notch customer service. I will definitely order flowers from this shop in the future, because of the care I received from Patricia.
