Short story, I introduced myself to Keith on 9/20 and closed less than a month later, with sellers credit and a great mortgage interest rate. Keith and his team are efficient, knowledgeable, positive and very supportive. He was very approacheable, responsive and provided a lot of support when needed. He negotiated for us when the seller was still open to other offers and got us seller’s credit. I couldn’t be happier and hopefully this is the beginning of a great working relationship and wealth building journey

My property management firm went out of business this month and left its landlords in a very messy situation. I was trying to reach my current tenant and called a number that I thought belongs to my previous neighbor, however it was actually my neighbor’s real estate agent Ryan, a gentleman that I’ve never met before or spoke with. After hearing my situation, Ryan offered to visit my place in person and try to get me connected with my current tenant, and he did!
