Don't know about the negative reviews, these guys did a great job on my hardwood floor. My old pine hardwood floors were cracking a bit. The first contractor I spoke with recommended putting a new floor on top of the old one, and would guarantee that would fix anything. Someone recommended these guys, they came in and actually, you know, replaced the old boards with new ones and finished them so that they're indistinguishable from the old ones. Floor is like new, very pleased.

I had the most incredible experience with Classic starting with Mark the owner he was attentive to what I wanted . They have all the newest technologies for wood refinishing. The price was exactly the estimate . The attention the men gave to my floor was critical and they were perfect. I can not say enough about Queral he headed the team and he went above and beyond. They cleaned up they did all safety measures. I give them a 10 out of 10
