Within 24 hours he had come to my house (even though I wasn’t there; I had a guest staying), he assessed the damage and repaired the damage. What is critical to note is the following. Although most of the leak stopped, there was still a small amount of water getting in so I emailed Charli . He returned to the house within 24 hours, reassessed the situation, and resealed the roof without charge. This is old school honor, service, reliability and professionalism. It is my absolute pleasure to recommend this business unreservedly.

Charlie and his crew are fantastic! We had a leak from some heavy storms, they moved quickly to get out here and help us fix everything. In addition, and greatly appreciated by me, CJ himself came out, invited me up to the roof to show me what they were seeing and talked through his plans. Afterwards, they reinvited me up to look (I passed this time) but also sent pictures of the completed work.
Also, shared his contact with my neighbor who has also been pleased with the work.
