Dr. keita is a special, gifted Subject Matter Expert on Holistic Chiropractic Care. I have lived in NW DC for 7 years and been with her for about 5 years. She sets the bar high because she truly educates me and goes above and beyond to get to the root of the issue. In one visit she implements several modalities to address my problems holistically. Despite living in NW, I travel way across town for her because she is a wise, knowledgeable, loving, honest and believes in Knowledge Transfer which as an educated consumer I highly prioritize.
I have been seeing Dr. Vanterpool for a little under a month now and I have nothing but high praises to give. She is an amazing practitioner, who truly wants you to walk out feeling better and more connected to yourself. Although it did take a little time to initially get connected and have my first visit booked, it was worth the effort on my part in calling and waiting.Nia, who works the front desk is really kind and puts in the extra effort to work with your schedule and get you in as soon as possible, which is something I really appreciate. The hallmark of a great business is Customer Service. Chirokei is currently undergoing renovations but the business of Customer Service continues and is thieving. Dr. Vanderpool provided me two referrals to get treatment and not be delayed by the continuing work on the clinic. Thank you very much!!!!!
