We recently purchased our home in Bowie, MD and had been sourcing quotes for new windows, to replace nine original ones from when the home was built in 1985 and three replacements that were improperly installed in recent years. The owner, Pat, came out to discuss the windows that Capitol offers, and came in with a quote right between the others that we had received. Seth and Ryan both made the rest of the process easy. The installation went off without a hitch, with a large crew getting the job done in just a few hours. The new windows look spectacular, work well, and offer a bit of an improvement with noise cancellation (albeit I don’t think any window would cancel enough noise for me). I’m looking forward to using Capitol for our next home improvement - a new roof - next year after tax time.

I was in the market for new gutters and after reviewing several companies, Capitol Improvements seemed like the best choice. Pat Jewell, as well as his son, Lance, were both professional and courteous. Lance came out to give me an estimate--in the midst of a pandemic! The crew came out a less than a week later and did the work replacing my gutters and downspouts, They were very quick and although there was a little misunderstanding, Pat was very responsive regarding the issue. Everything was replaced and just in the nick of time--two very rainy days followed. I would recommend their services.
