I had a wonderful experience using their services for my wedding gown. I needed a few alterations made to my BHLDN gown and they were really helpful! Ms. Kim made precise measurements and pinned where necessary, while also receiving my considerations and wishes. With asking for alterations for a VERY important item (i.e. my wedding dress), I was nervous going into her shop, but I felt super confident it would look exactly how I wanted it to by the time I left.
