    Leila ran an excellent summer camp experience -- my children couldn't stop talking about their trips to the library and getting library cards, visiting the pool -- and they even loved doing exercises in the gym. She is an amazing camp leader and an overall kind and thoughtful person who really knows how to engage with young people. Plus she sent photos! Parents, this is a great day camp option for when your children are out of school.

    Leon is a great trainer, especially for long distance runners. He really cares about his clients and their goals. I struggle with having proper form during workouts and he always corrects me to make sure I’m getting the most out of my workouts. I also love that he is very active in the community and is always giving back to better the DC community.

    Coach Leon class is top notch! Great energy and really motivated everyone to push their limits. His Instructions are clear but also Leon offers helpful tips and guidance throughout the entire workout. Highly recommended for all levels of people looking to get a great workout in!
