Working with Bryan has helped me rebuild my confidence after a debilitating running injury. The training studio is very private and well equipped. Personal training prices are a great value.

We’ve been coming to Bryan religiously for over 6 months, doing partner training sessions 1-2 x a week - it’s the best investment we’ve made in our health, hands down! Bryan is an incredible trainer: he constructs workouts thoughtfully, tracks your progress, and adjusts difficulty between people, across different days, and as you get stronger. His functional strength training has helped me get stronger while never fearing that I might be injured - as someone newer to strength training, it was so important to me to find someone who would take the time to teach me proper form and then hold me accountable to keeping myself safe even while getting stronger.
