I've only been here once, but I read the other reviews first so I knew what to expect. I went in with a picture of what I was looking for so I could show it to her. This is not really a walk and look around kind of place. Know what you're looking for and Ms. Ann will find it for you! She was nice and helpful and there's Apple Pay. Convenient for an in the city beauty supply!
Ann is super nice & helpful. She does need a bigger space, hence the clutter but I'm not judging. Pretty sure she's running it by herself, so I'd suggest people give the establishment some grace lol.
Read the comments listed below and decide for yourself. They aren't wrong. The store is ridiculously packed. Miss Ann does watch you and yes it is uncomfortable esp since there is literally nowhere for you to be at for her to be watching so close. I think she means well tho. She is nice though esp if you're nice. My remedy is to tell her what I need and let her walk through the maze to find the products I'm looking for If you need something last minute and/or you live nearby, I recommend it. If not just wait & go somewhere less frustrating. Don't go out of your way it's not worth the gas. Always check your bag before you move away from the register mine has had a hole in it every time. I bring my own bag now. And double check the products. I got 6 bottles of different adore dye colors and one had no seal & it was a more watery consistency than then the rest. Lastly her hours are funky. Don't trust google. In person she said Wednesday-Saturday 11-5 but don't quote me I'm sure these will change depending on who she is talking to.
