I was amazed that I over charged $ 10.00 without asking if I wanted to be done a certain issue with my right foot that the remove a callous that needed to to be worked on it but she didn’t ask wether I wanted or not and I’m really dissatisfied how they work without asking that’s very unprofessional so I other words they lost me as a client and I returned after 6 months due to health issue and I used to go there every 3 months and I’m sorry and they should put together to learn English so there will be no mistake plus we never as a client can’t have a conversation due to the lack of the English language

I recently got an incredibly unprofessional dip powder manicure at C Nails. Unfortunately, their base coat seemed to be old because it was thick and went on unevenly and the dip powder was completely clumpy. They kept saying they didn't know what was happening and continued putting on more coats without correcting it and in the end I had thick clumps on every finger that went far outside of the nail bed and covered the surrounding skin. Never has anything like this ever happened in all of my time getting dip powder manicures. The women at C NAILS & SPA do an AMAZING job! I have always received great service here and my nails always look amazing. They take their time to make sure your nails look perfect when you leave AND their massage seats for pedicures are so relaxing. They even offer you tea or water during your visit. If you are looking for a great nail salon with amazing and consistent pedicures/manicures, you need to come here! I won't go anywhere else in the city now :)
