The woman at the desk is extremely rude. She was annoyed I didn’t have my ticket with me. I asked her for a receipt and she said, “for what? Which receipt?” I said the receipts you give to customers. She then told me I was having a bad day. I live across from Zips cleaners which is more convenient and cheaper. I intentionally try to support small business. Who knew after spend $177.66 as a first time customer, it would be a problem to get a receipt? Unfortunate bc Milton who did my alterations was very friendly and easy to work with. The woman does not reflect the atmosphere of the community it Tenleytown.

Fast but expensive???I don't know.. Maybe it's been a while since I've been to the cleaners but it seemed a bit expensive? My son had 3 short sets (6 pieces) and it came to $43 or $47 dollars, I can't remember? So that's $7 per piece... But they were fast. I dropped off late afternoon Monday and told them I needed to pick up before 3pm Wednesday bcz we had to catch a flight. They were done early. I called two other nearby cleaners and none of them could promise pick up by 3!

The entire team at AV is awesome. They're friendly and they do a great job with the cleaning. If anything is ever wrong they immediately take responsibility and do what they can to make it right. They're a neighborhood gem that even goes so far as to give a bottle of wine over the holidays to their frequent customers. Highly recommend!
