They Did a good job on my eyebrow wax. Went back for a massage. I was a walk-in so I didn’t expect much. Her technique was fine but pressure was a bit light. But the setting wasn’t ideal. The massage table was just the waxing bed so I kept trying to comfortably reposition my head the whole time. The room was cold so I had to ask for blankets. The thing that bothered me was that she left the room a few times— interrupting the relaxation— once to greet a walk-in for a mani/pedi. I could hear their conversation. She was CLEARLY a walk-in who didn’t want to wait. And when the masseuse came back she said we had to do a 30 minute session— not the hour we had previously...read full review
Great - 5 star massage chairs. Technicians? Not all great...one I saw multiple times just does sort of lame cuticle removal and not enough buff/skin sanding down. For $75 for a REGular mani/pedi, you are better off in Dupont. Plus, left some messy polish edges - a no-no. Simple
This is only my second time writing a review on here and I didn't want to have to tell a bad review but I feel it is necessary. I went into get my dip powder nails off and only that. I called beforehand and they told me it would be $10. I asked again before I got them and they said it would be $10. When I went up to pay the woman said I had to pay $30. I asked why and she said because she did filing and buffering - somehow costing an extra $20 even though I never asked for it. My nails do not look healthy and I felt that they did a poor job for $30 spent not even for a manicure. I really hope others have a better experience there that was just mine.
