Mr. Hillman has been cutting my hair for over 50 years. I was a kid when I started going and I'm 62 today. Speaks for itself. It's an old fashioned Barbershop that carries great respect in the neighborhood. Mr Hillman is known in the community and always offers to help people. All the Barbers in the shop are professional very respectful with customers. It's a great place and btw....plenty of laughter!

Went here last min on a walk in and the guy in the front definitely hooked me up. Cut looks amazing. Got a bald(low cut) fade and he showed me an example by doing one side and let me decide. I really will be coming back

Just started back getting my hair cut at Hillmans. I usto get my hair cut there a lot back early 90's. Mr. Hillman (owner) always shows ppl respect and love, he lost his son Mark yrs ago (rip) he also was a baber there and his cousin Roe (who's still there) all good people. Dexter he cuts my hair he too has been since early 90's (funny guy), so! for whoever reads this review and looking for a good barber to chat your hair go to Hillmans on H. Street NE.. One of the original barbershops in DC.
