Coming into a new salon and wanting a complete change can be intimidating, but she immediately put me at ease by asking all the right questions and ensuring I felt comfortable and confident in her work.

She explained everything she was doing and was very meticulous with every step. It means a lot when a hairstylist takes the time to perfect your hair; often it can feel rushed, but Sam was there with me every step of the way.
