They don't post hours, even when I stopped in to ask why. Lady was super rude for 3:30pm on a Thursday. I asked about laundry, and she said "oh we only do dry cleaning. What are you looking for?"

Pointed to my shorts and T-shirt "a bunch of clothes like this"

She replies "that will be $9.75 PER ITEM"

No website, nothing posted physically inside or outside regarding prices, and I've never seen anyone go in or out.

Run the store you own the way you want, even if it's poor. However, if you're rude to any potential customer, you shouldn't be running anything customer facing

Let me first start with the fact that I have never left a negative review on a business, yet the lack of thoughtfulness and empathy infuriated me. I recently brought 3 items to this dry cleaners, which I have been going to for a while out of convenience. After taking more than a week to clean, they gave my $500 jacket to someone else and gave me the other persons jacket. While waiting another week to get my jacket back from the other person, the cleaner would not give me a refund.
