My dog has never been in a kennel up until a few months ago at age 15. It was a terrible experience. We brought her to Haute Dog Hotel and it was like she was home. They love dogs and it shows. They sent us pictures of her and kept us updated. We were so relaxed to see her doing so well. We highly recommend them!
