Bob has been wonderful in coming quickly and solving the problem. He also explains what he’s doing and what is going on with the system and in such a way that I can understand and that is hugely helpful.
Consistent service over 10 years; willingness to respond quickly to problems if one may arise, eg. once at midnight in the middle of winter the furnace went out ... someone came out and repaired within an hour! Bravo again and again!
Eli and his colleague were professional, friendly, and answered my questions. Extra bonus was that Eli politely shook my hand!
