“I contacted 'Gifted Hands Therapeutic Massage and Wellness' after getting into a pretty bad accident. I spoke to Britnee and let her know the pain I was having after the accident and asked if she can assist me. She said yes but only after I get cleared by my doctor, which was completely understandable. I got cleared and made an appointment, Britnee suggested the 60 minute upper body massage. When I arrived to the place, parking was easy, I got to the door and Britnee was there to greet me. She offered me water and escorted me to the room. It was a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Before I get to the massage portion of the review, I have a big issue when it comes to me coming in contact with other people's germs, I even avoid a lot of nail salons due to cleanliness, and when I say I felt so comfortable laying my face on the table, it was very refreshing. So now let's discuss the massage portion, as mentioned above I went there due to pain after a car accident, I was concerned before starting that she would be too rough around the most sensitive places, but that wasn't the case. Britnee played a guided meditation for me, as per request, and I relaxed, meditated and it was just so great. She used a CBD oil on me that was also very helpful. She was gentle where she needed to be, very professional, and I can tell she really pays attention to her clients needs and does her best to make the relaxed and have an overall great experience. Since my massage I feel like my muscles are less tense, and over a lot more relaxed. Although I don't have anything negative to say, I would say that it would be great if walk in was an option, maybe one day it will be. Next time you want a massage, call Gifted Hands and ask for Britnee, you won't regret it. Overall I had a very relaxing and fun experience. Britnee was so great to talk to as well.“

“I Came to see DJ after a quick google search and saw he had amazing reviews. I booked a massage immediately. I AM SO GLAD I WENT! DJ was so welcoming and his space is beautiful and relaxing. I booked a Deep Tissue massage and it was perfect. DJ really listened to my concern areas and tailored the session according to my needs. Today, I am sore but to be expected. I was in desperate need of a deep tissue and he was able to work out a lot of my knots and painful tight areas. 10/10 recommend. I will def be returning.“

“I trained w/ Brian from last May 2022 thru early 2023. Not only was he great to work with, he is encouraging, knowledgeable, funny and straightforward. He makes training/working out fun and worthwhile. I learned a lot and continue to put into practice what he taught me (from what I can remember). He would fit me into his schedule 9/10 times, even on short notice. If he couldn't, I would go to PF or take a night off. The only reason I stopped going was a financial one. When I started, I was in a better financial position. But as time went on, my situation changed. He and Joni were very accommodating and understanding of my situation. I'm hoping to continue with Brian in the near future once my situation changes. I have a trip planned for March 2023 that I need to be in shape for. I highly recommend Body Physics.“

“I injured my pelvis in a car accident around 10 years ago. I have had chronic back pain for 10 years straight with little relief. I have seen chiropractors, massage Therapists, bought a hot tub, got an inversion table, and purchased every possible tool on the market to try to fix the pain. I hadn’t been a client of Lindsey’s before and I booked the appointment for lymphatic drainage Started getting edema from inflammation. Lindsey asked me how I feel today I replied not good at all My back was hurting so bad. She gave me an amazing deep tissue massage and pointed out exactly what muscle was causing The issue. Then proceeded with the lymphatic drainage. I have ankles! lol I never realized how much edema and inflammation are related and now I’m feeling Great between the deep massage and the lymphatic drainage. I walked in there in about 7/10 pain.
