We highly recommend JP Parks. They removed our 37 year old furnace and put in a new one. They came on the date that was scheduled and they were very efficient. Mike made sure we knew all the information about our new furnace. He also said he is only a phone call away to help us if there was anything we didn't understand. Mike was very kind when we discussed a new furnace and he told us and helped us find out about Energized CT about a heating loan. We will be nice and warm this winter!!
Our hot water stopped working and we weren’t sure who to call as first time home buyers. JP Parks came highly recommended. We gave them a call and couldn’t be happier! They came the same day (as promised which is rare these days), were professional and very knowledgeable. We are definitely going to recommend them to everyone we know. Thanks guys!!
I needed to have my broken, old oil-fired furnace replaced. Mike came up with the best price and had the best reviews. They did the job well, and on time. They are easy to work with, and go beyond the minimum requirements of the job. Very competent and professional - I recommend them!
