I just wanted to share how impressed I was with Mike and Marcus – they were absolutely fantastic and incredibly professional. I woke up to no hot water and reached out to a friend for help with my furnace. Without hesitation, he recommended Mike. Mike called me almost immediately and was at my home within the hour. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, and Mike took the time to explain everything clearly. From the moment I reached out to the time my hot water and furnace were up and running again, it was less than two hours! I highly recommend Mike and JP Parks – outstanding service. Great job, guys!
Mike came out to give my grandparents a quote for a new AC system. He was honest, trustworthy, reliable, and friendly. He was even loving up on my dog! The parts came in and his team was here working hard for 2 days. My grandparents needed a new unit outside and inside. We can’t say enough good things about this company and have recommended them already and always will. I will be using them when i become a home owner as well.
