John is a wonderful man. He examined my drapery twice before cleaning them. Our concern were the delicate tassels hanging off the edges. John dry cleaned them in mesh bags separately, using great care. Offered to call if anything went awry with the first before starting the second. No call came. No issues occurred. Drapes came amazing! Beautifully pressed! And cheaper than our local dry cleaner that has been doing my husband's shirts for 30 years. Strongly recommend them. The building and initial appearance inside is a bit run down and messy, but their service is top notch. Thank you John & Americana crew, Deena

I got my Uggs cleaned here and they came out looking brand new!!!! I have always been sceptical about getting Uggs cleaned at the dry cleaners but i was so desperate. My Uggs were so dirty and badly water stained that I couldnt take it anymore so I brought them in and 2 weeks later I picked them up and it was the best decision I have ever made!!!! I wish I took before and after pictures but 1 pair was the classic tall tan ugg the other was gray tall bailey button. Also the John and his staff are so nice and helpful! So definitely take your Uggs to be cleaned! This wont be my last time getting them done either!! Not badly priced either for them to be cleaned f.y.i.
