Overall, I am not happy with this company or their customer service. The exception is Mike Davies. He is a fantastic road instructor. He gives very detailed feedback to the student and his customer service is top notch. The rest of the company... meh! Not very happy with the customer service. They will charge you $100 for a cancellation, but have no problem cancelling on their students at the last minute with no plan in place for making up the lesson. Wait time for customer service is terrible, and when you do get a rep, they are not helpful. Doctors keep time available to see sick patients... why don't they keep slots open for emergencies that arise with their instructors?... read full review

The driving log rating system needs work. There is barely a fifteen minute break between drives, which is probably not legal. My onboarding experience was a bit subpar. The instructors are varied in skill level; some of them are a bit cocky. This is due to inconsistent training practices across the board. Delighted's instructor rating system gives a neutral score if students rate you 8 or below out of 10, which is a bit too high of a standard. I felt a bit uncomfortable with some of the managers. The COO just left, so who knows what's to come? But it's monopolizing Connecticut, so it's really the best choice for driving schools in the state.

I’ve never heard of a driving school that doesn’t pick up and drop off students don’t waste your time C&T is so much better. My brother tells me he doesn’t know a lot of the things needed for his exam Friday clearly he isn’t being taught well. I would’ve never allowed my sibling to attend this school if I knew how it was.
