We absolutely love how our floors came out. Rob and his crew were great to work with and he was responsive to my million questions. They install job was quick, efficient and looks so great. After day 1, I noticed a small weird spot that was clearly from the factory (not anything that KPI did) and I was going to say something but noticed that before I even did they fixed it! Like pulled up the plank and fixed on their own without me having to say anything. Anyway, love the color and the floors look so good!

We had a wonderful experience working with Rob and his crew after closing on our new house. Rob made sure he was able to schedule us as soon as we had the keys so that we could get our floors done before moving in. He did a great job explaining the options and was very accessible throughout the process. On the first day, the crew showed us different stain options right on our floor and were very patient and flexible as we decided what we liked best. The job was done quickly but with great quality. We love our beautiful floors!
