I have used KPI for hardwood floor refinishing and carpet in two houses now and can't recommend them enough. Rob and Pat do a great job talking through the job and showing you the different stain/poly finishes and carpet options. I was most impressed how they were able to revive the floors in my kitchen. The floors were so distressed when I bought the home (see second photo) and after the their crew was done you would never of known. Their communication is great, they make you feel like a priority and their pricing was hard to beat. I've recommended KPI to 5-6 other friends/family and they all share the same experience. Thanks for everything guys.

We needed a runner for our stairs to make it easier for our aging dog to go up and down safely. Rob came to the house the same day with some great options. Installation was completed very quickly. The team was very professional and caring. We no longer have to worry about our dogs safety. Thank you Karpet Partners. Great job!

Very professional! I can't recommend KPI enough. Within a month of the consultation the floors were installed by two courteous and respectful gentlemen, addressed any concerns, and moved fixtures and furniture with great care. I will most definitely use their services again.
